Brazil is waiting. Do not let a form keep you home.
American, Canadian and Australian passports need an approved e-visa before boarding. Tell us who is travelling and why, and you will know in seconds what applies to you. Then a specialist takes the file from there.
No sign up, no email, no call. Just the answer you came for.

Is your band playing in Brazil?
A festival slot in São Paulo, a club run down the coast, one showcase and a flight home. The e-visa does cover artistic and sporting activities, but whether it covers your show depends on the contract and on who signs the cheque. That is the part nobody reads until the border asks.
Send us the dates and the contract before you confirm the flights. We tell you which door you are walking through and handle the paperwork for the whole party: musicians, crew, tour manager, front of house.
Send the routing and the contract. We answer with what each person on the bus needs.
The meeting is confirmed. The visa should not be the open item.
Same e-visa, different supporting documents. A conference badge, an invitation letter from the Brazilian host, a supplier audit scheduled for next month. Send us what the organiser gave you and we build the file around it, for one traveller or for the whole delegation.
Brazil runs one of the busiest trade fair calendars in the Americas, and the big weeks are known months in advance. If your event is already on the calendar below, you know exactly when to start.

Riocentro alone expects 48,000 delegates across eight international congresses through 2027, and 55% of that audience flies in from abroad. When one of these opens its doors, flights, hotels and e-visa queues move at the same time. Find your week and start early.

Bringing more than yourself?
Exhibiting companies, speakers, trade missions and press crews come as a group and fail as a group when one file is inconsistent with the others. We run the whole list from one point of contact and tell you who still has a document missing.
What you actually hand over to us
You answer a conversation in English. We do the rest in Portuguese, where it happens.
Step one
We read your case
Passport, purpose, dates, who is travelling with you. Ten minutes on WhatsApp and you know whether anything in your situation needs attention.
Step two
We prepare and submit
Photo and passport scan checked against the technical rules before anything is sent, because a rejected photo restarts your clock and the fee does not come back.
Step three
We watch it until it lands
We follow the application, answer any request for more documents and send you the approved e-visa ready to print and to keep on your phone.
What we put in writing
A promise nobody can check is worth nothing. These three, you can.
We check before you pay
The eligibility check costs nothing. If your case has a problem, you hear it from us before you spend a cent, not from an officer after you have.
We never promise approval
The decision belongs to the Brazilian authority, always. What we guarantee is an application that reaches them without a single avoidable mistake.
A real person, in English
No bots and no handover queue. The specialist who reads your case is the one who follows it until the approved e-visa is on your phone.
What everyone asks before messaging us
Do I really need a visa for Brazil?
If you hold a US, Canadian or Australian passport, yes. The requirement came back in April 2025 and airlines check it at the gate. No approved e-visa, no boarding pass.
How long does it take?
Official guidance allows up to 10 business days. Many come back faster. What we cannot control is how many times a file is sent back for a bad photo, which is exactly what we check first.
Can I work in Brazil with it?
Not as an employee of a Brazilian company. Meetings, conferences and artistic or sporting activities are a different story, and where your case sits depends on the contract. Send it and we will tell you.
Can I do it myself?
You can. The form is public and the fee is the same. The difference is that a refused application does not refund the fee, and you find out the reason when there is no time left to fix it.
My flight is in two weeks. Too late?
Usually not, if we start today. Send your dates and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic, before you spend anything.
We are exhibiting at a fair. Any difference?
The visa is the same, the paperwork around it is not. Exhibitor contracts, equipment going through customs and a team arriving on different flights all change the file. Send the event name and the list of names.
Do my kids need one too?
Every traveller needs their own, newborns included, and minors travelling without both parents have extra documents. Tell us who is coming and we will list what each person needs.
Brazil is one approval away.
Tell us your passport, your dates and why you are coming. You will know in minutes whether anything stands between you and the gate.
Shining Visa. Shine beyond borders.
